WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR BOOKING ENQUIRY E-MAIL:

Name of Business, Address of Business, Contact telephone numbers, Your Full Name, Your Job Position, How many models will you require?, What dates are you going to be looking to make the booking for ?, How long will you require the model and between what hours?, What will be the nature of the assignment? I.e. what will the model be required to do?, What Type of model are you looking for and have you seen a specific model on the website that you have an interest in booking ( if so please include the Models name and code with your enquiry), Where will the model be required to Travel? Please give full address details, Are you working to a specific budget if so what is this?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The client undertakes not at any time in the future to employ any of the models and associates introduced to them through TRUE MODEL MEDIA in capacity whatsoever without the written consent of TRUE

Rates will depend on assignment requirements so please contact us for a quote, general guide lines below a 50% deposit will be applicable at the time of booking.

For Photographic assignments the minimum bookings is two hours. The working day is 8 hours including a one-hour lunch break.
For press days, shows and promotional assignments the minimum booking is a half-day (four hours).
Overtime Rates are as follows:
The overtime rate is double the normal hourly rate between 18.00 and 24.00 hours, work on Sundays and Bank Holidays is also double the normal hourly rate.
Special rate is negotiated for night shoots between 24.00 and 09.00 hours.
Fittings - fees to be 50% of hourly rate, minimum 2-hour booking.
Poster and Showcard Fees/Pack and Record Covers - these are subject to special negotiations.
Party bookings - the minimum booking is for 3 hours, and is to include a break for the artistes
Any party bookings where as the finish is after 1pm then the client will be expected to pay for each model's taxi fare home.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS: Will be cancelled automatically if they are not confirmed by the client within 24 hours of proposed booking.CANCELLATIONS Model bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the commencement of the booking will be charged 70 % of the full fee.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Usages - Additional fees are liable when photographs (or reproductions and adaptations of part or complete picture) are used for other purposes than those originally commissioned for. The client is wholly responsible for notifying True Model Media of any changes to this commission.
Territory - Additional fees are liable when photographs (or reproductions and adaptations of part or complete picture) are used in territories other than the UK or those originally commissioned for. The client is wholly responsible for notifying True Model Media of any changes to this commission.
EXCLUSION FEES: A special fee will be negotiated when the assignment is in connection with a product, which precludes work for competing.
The client is responsible for interpreting whether competing assignments have been undertaken. When a model endorses a product they are able to complete assignments for any other competitor unless an exclusion fee has been agreed.
INVOICING: The client responsible for commissioning the booking will be invoiced and is solely responsible unless otherwise agreed at the time of the booking.
All party bookings will require a 50% deposit at time of booking and the remainder of the payment to be paid within 7 days of the booking.
The client is liable to pay True Model Media for the agreed contract irrespective of any post assignment contentions.
Use of the photographs is not permitted until payment for all fees has been made.
The agency fees, the model fees, and disbursements will be invoiced by True Model Media
Payment - payment for photographic assignments must be made within 30 days from the completion of the assignment. Payments for
press days, shows, and promotional assignments must be made within 7 days from the completion of the assignment. Payments for parties must pay 50% of total invoice before assignment and the remainder to be paid within 7 days of completion of the assignment.
Copyright - The client commissioning the photographs (or reproductions and adaptations of part or complete photograph) is restricted by copyright. The copyright is negotiated by True Model Media at the time of the booking.
REPRODUCTION RIGHTS: Images - All images and details reproduced in association with True Model Media are supplied by the individual model and/or their associates and with the full permission and consent of the individual model/associates.
True cannot be held responsible for any loss howsoever caused through the model misrepresenting themselves in any way.
Media Reproductions - True Model Media reserves all rights to reproduce in any media (electronic, telegraphic, print, etc) any images supplied to True by any individual model/associate.
Lawful contract - All models/associates on submitting any images to True Model Media give all reproduction rights to True Model Media and lawfully accepts and abides by all the terms and conditions set and modified at any time by True Model Media
